Revolution Recruitment Resources Ltd are recruiting for a Conveyancing Paralegal for an exceptional Law Firm based in Liverpool. This company have a massively friendly, open and relaxed working atmosphere where every team member is valued and supported.

The company are looking to add an ambitious, hard working Paralegal/Legal Assistant to their Property team to aid the team of Solicitors with their caseload. This position commences with a view to being offered a Solicitor Training Contract within 12 months of being with the company.

Role responsibilities;

• You will have the confidence and experience to assist with residential conveyancing work.

• Experience of Case Management Systems, Laserforms and the Land Registry and SDLT Portals are essential.
• Experience of using Infotrack desirable but full training will be provided.
• A minimum of 6 months previous experience in a property paralegal role is essential.
• The ideal candidate will be well organised, flexible, work well under pressure, be numerate and have a good telephone manner.

Role specifics include;

• Updating clients on case progress
• Communicating with Estate agents, lenders and other agencies
