About the Role:

You will work independently or as part of a team to Engineering Drawings in a multitude of disciplines such as:

Bending, forming, fabrication of sheet & structural steel
Use of hand tools i.e. drills, grinders etc
Ability to tack jobs together using MIG or TIG welding
Grinding
MIG / TIG Welding
Manufacture of frameworkKey Responsibilities:

Basic fabricating and welding
Use of guillotine
Use of brake press
Use of plasma cutter / oxy acetylene torch / cutting
Use of pillar drill / mag drill
Manufacture of bespoke framework.Requirements

Time served Fabricator / Welder preferred
Ability to manufacture from engineering drawings
Ability to read drawings
Sheet metal work
Experience with fitting and assembly of complete machines
Work well as a part of a team
Good timekeeping
Proven attendance record
