Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end delivery of construction projects, from initiation to completion
Collaborate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and health and safety requirements
Prepare and present project reports, updates, and presentations to clients and stakeholders
Qualifications and Experience:

Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, ideally with consultancy or client-side exposure
Strong understanding of construction processes, methodologies, and best practices
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities
Proficiency in project management software and tools
Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) are highly desirable
