Litigation Solicitor / Legal Executive

Our client is looking for exceptional UK qualified Solicitors or Chartered Legal Executives to join their vibrant and busy team. This full-time position is perfect for candidates with an excellent track record in client service, monthly billing, and fee recovery. We value team members who are motivated and have a strong commitment to delivering outstanding legal services.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Handle a variety of High Court and County Court disputes, including contract, commercial, property, contentious probate, professional negligence, debt recovery, insolvency, Landlord and Tenant, and costs.
  • Conduct risk assessments and manage cases under various financial arrangements, such as CFAs and DBAs.
  • Travel to meet clients at any of our offices, on-site, or at Court as required.
  • Prepare and manage legal costs budgets with a sound understanding of legal costs.
  • Work independently while combining empathy with objectivity to support and guide clients through complex processes.
  • Engage in advocacy and use counsel selectively to best represent our clients.
  • Develop and maintain excellent client relationships, understanding the importance of client care.
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities and contribute to the development of the caseload and team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Ambitious UK or multi-jurisdictional qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with a strong track record.
  • Excellent IT skills and the ability to work with or without administrative support.
  • Experience with case management and database management.
  • Knowledge of KYC/AML regulations.
  • Enhanced written and oral communication skills, with an ability to influence.
  • Proficiency in pleading, proofs of evidence, and budgeting.
  • Strong prioritisation and organisational skills.
  • A strong client focus and the ability to partner with internal and external groups.
  • A collaborative team-working approach to build a dynamic and efficient team.
