Your contributions will directly impact the quality of client experience and service, making this role both rewarding and impactful.Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the Client Support Team Leader to ensure all activities adhere to company policies and meet agreed standards and timescales.- Engage in tasks such as basic report writing, preparing client documentation, handling client enquiries, and performing reception and office duties as needed.- Process client applications and instructions, ensuring compliance and timely submission within defined business processes.- Proactively manage and prioritise your workload to maintain excellent client service and delivery.- Identify areas for improvement to maximise efficiency and enhance the client experience.- Support colleagues and maintain effective relationships with clients and third parties.- Adapt quickly to shifting priorities in a high-pressure environment, ensuring demanding targets are met.Skills & Experience Required:- Proven ability to prioritise work effectively, work under pressure, and meet strict deadlines.- Strong interpersonal skills and a track record of successful delivery in a financial planning business.- Excellent planning and organisational skills to align activities with business priorities.- Proficiency in MS Office Products.- Experience working collaboratively in a fast-paced team to ensure smooth operations.This role is ideal for a highly organised and proactive individual with a passion for delivering exceptional client service.
