A new opportunity has exclusively opened up for an Estimator, you'll produce estimates from BQs, Drawings & Specifications under both traditional and design & build contracts, working with projects ranging from £50k to £15m.

Tender Preparation & Management

* Appraise and evaluate client tender requirements and specifications

* Abstract and report on contractual tender information

* Efficiently manage tender information and conduct site visits

* Develop subcontract trade package enquiries

* Produce tender stage bills of quantities

* Price tender labour, plant and material rates

* Analyze supply chain enquiries and produce risk information

* Report for tender adjudication and communicate handover of estimates

Client Collaboration & Cost Planning

* Engage early with client teams to provide cost advice

* Develop early stage project cost plans

* Manage client preconstruction phase programme expectations

* Deliver value engineering options

* Manage and report tender stage cost controls

* Work within collaborative client team environments
