Service Engineer Machine Tools - Midlands

Do you have good experience of fault finding and repairing Machine Tools?

My client is looking for an experienced Machine Tool Service Engineer. The company is very well establish - one of the UK's biggest Machine Tool companies in the UK. They are excellent to work for and have a fantastic reputation.

Salary is £40,000 - £45,000 + company vehicle + bonus

You will need Machine Tool service experience to apply for this position.

The company are looking for someone with experience working on lathes or machining centres visiting Aerospace, Power gen, Motorsport, and automotive engineering companies.

The job involves scheduled maintenance of the machines, regularly visiting customers, dealing with service and repairs etc.

Training on the machines is 2nd to none. Training is excellent - but you will need experience.

The job is working from home (West Midlands is ideal) but you will need to be able to travel across the Midlands. Occasions staying away is required.

We are looking for someone with an Engineering HNC - or equivalent experience with 3 years Machine tool knowledge and good Mechanical and basic electrical fitting skills.

Knowledge Fanuc / Siemens / Heidenhain would be ideal.
