Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery
  • Preparing financial statements and management accounts for a range of businesses
  • Reviewing work completed by junior team members and providing mentorship
  • Assisting clients with financial planning, tax compliance, and business advisory needs
  • Liaising with HMRC and other regulatory bodies as required
  • Supporting business development efforts and identifying opportunities for growth
Requirements
  • ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent experience)
  • Must have a minimum of 4 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
  • Strong technical knowledge of accounting and tax principles
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong client relationships
  • Experience in managing workloads and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced setting
  • A proactive and team-oriented approach to work
