The Recruitment Co are looking to recruit a manual machinist, this is temp ongoing contract for a client based in Walker.
You would be manufacturing items (from print) and modifying one off items for gearbox test machines.
You will be working on

Colchester Lathe (12" chuck). Items needing modification may require accurate setting up in a four jaw chuck.
Bridgeport Milling Machine. You should be able to produce hole patterns using a modern digital display for hole location.
Time served or previous experience is essential

Working hours would be Monday to Thursday (0800 to 1600); Friday (0800 to 1530). 30 minute lunch break.
