Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum

This is a Registered Manager role, reporting directly into the Operations Manager. You will be overseeing the care team, offering a premium service and ensuring CQC compliance. The company have an exceptional reputation, with clients predominantly across Surrey, Berkshire & Hampshire. They have 35 Live-in Care clients currently. Key Responsibilities of the Registered Manager:
  • To line manage the office team of 3
  • Oversee the care provision of 35 clients
  • Ensure the service is meeting CQC regulations
  • Work closely and strategically with the Operations Manager
  • Uphold the company values
  • Hold the team to account
Registered Manager Requirements:
  • Experience of working within the care sector: Live-in, Residential or Domiciliary Care
  • Track record of working to CQC regulations
  • Good standard of spoken and written English
  • Experience of managing staff
  • Professional
