This 3 Form Entry Primary School are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary School PPA Teacher to join their school in Redbridge, London, starting in January 2025. This is a full-time, long-term position running until July 2025, with the potential for a permanent contract from September 2025 for the right candidate.

About the Primary School PPA Role:
The Primary School PPA Teacher will be responsible for providing high-quality PPA cover across various year groups, ensuring that students receive excellent learning experiences in the absence of their regular class teachers. You will be working with a range of primary age groups, from EYFS, Key Stage 1 through to Key Stage 2, delivering engaging and inclusive lessons in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and well-planned lessons as a Primary School PPA Teacher for various year groups.
Ensure the curriculum is delivered in a creative and effective way to support the educational development of students.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth transitions during PPA sessions.
Maintain high standards of classroom management and student well-being.
Foster a love of learning in students, encouraging them to reach their full potential.
Take part in education and training sessions to further develop teaching skills and stay updated with the latest best practices.About You:

Passionate about education and committed to providing an exceptional learning experience for children.
A qualified teacher with QTS (or equivalent).
An ECT or experienced teacher who has a positive and proactive approach to teaching.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with students and staff.
Ability to plan, teach, and assess effectively across a range of primary school subjects.
