Location: Birmingham

Salary expectation: 45,000 - 50,000 (Depending on experience)

Requirements

RICS accredited Building Surveying Degree

Chartered status or APC

Previous experience in housing, residential or existing buildings.

Previous experience in core building surveying and project management.

Duties and responsibilities

The senior building surveyor will be responsible for delivering surveying and inspection excellence, completion of project lifecycles, broad expertise in design and building and a high standard of the tendering process.
