Job Role: Production Team Leader

Reports to: Production Manager

Shift: Mon - Fri (6-2.30pm) , 1.30pm finish on a Friday

This is your chance to join one of the leading gingerbread manufactures in the UK, they are looking for a motivated Production Team Leader to join their already thriving team. You will be responsible for running the day to day production operatives ensuring production runs as seamlessly as possible.

* Be responsible for leading a team

* Have the ability to build meaningful relationships

* Responsible for shift efficiency ensuring production KPIs are met

* Ensuring the quality of all products is adherence with necessary regulations

Skills and Qualifications

* Previous experience of working within a team leader/ managerial role is desired

* Previous experience within a manufacturing environment, specifically food

* Strong organisational skills
