Maintenance Manager - High-End Residential Construction
Location: Office & Site-Based (Central London)

Role Overview: We are looking for a dedicated and hands-on Maintenance Manager to oversee and manage their maintenance operations. This is a dynamic, office and site-based role, perfect for a proactive individual who isn't afraid to get their hands dirty and is passionate about ensuring the highest quality maintenance standards for our bespoke properties.
As Maintenance Manager, you will lead a team of engineers and implement efficient maintenance procedures to ensure the successful delivery of contracts and client satisfaction. You will manage a large portfolio of properties, ensuring that they meet the diverse needs of their clients, and consistently delivering excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and manage the maintenance department, including a team of engineers, to ensure the delivery of outstanding maintenance services.
* Implement and refine procedures to streamline maintenance operations and ensure efficiency across the board.
* Lead from the front, being actively involved in both the strategic and operational aspects of the role - including site visits, troubleshooting, and problem-solving.
* Manage the full portfolio of properties, ensuring timely completion of maintenance projects and a high standard of workmanship.
* Build and maintain strong, confidential relationships with clients, ensuring the highest level of satisfaction.
* Ensure that maintenance services are delivered in a manner that aligns with the company's commitment to quality, creativity, and client privacy.
* Work closely with other departments (construction, design, M&E) to maintain a seamless service from initial design and build, to ongoing maintenance.
* Oversee the scheduling, reporting, and documentation of all maintenance activities, ensuring contracts are completed successfully and to the client's specifications.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a similar Maintenance Manager role, within high-end residential environments.
* Hands-on approach with a strong desire to oversee both the operational and strategic aspects of the role.
* Ability to manage and motivate a large team of engineers and staff.
* Strong knowledge of property maintenance, construction, M&E, and interior design.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused mindset.
* High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering excellence.
* Flexibility to manage projects and properties across various locations (Central London, UK countryside, international).
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold the privacy of clients at all times.
