Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Temporary Accountant to join our team in Warwick. This role will focus on cleaning up the ledger and ensuring all transactions are accurately reconciled. As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our financial records are up to date and accurate in preparation for month-end closing.

- Clean up and maintain the general ledger, ensuring all entries are accurate and complete.
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and other financial transactions to ensure accuracy.
- Review financial discrepancies and resolve any issues related to accounts.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Prepare reports as needed for senior management or other departments.
- Support any ad-hoc accounting tasks as requested by the finance team.
