Great opportunity to work for an international company required to cover an 8 month temporary assignment in their customer service department. We are looking for someone with excellent customer service skills via phone and social media and able to manage multiple tasks.
Duties
- Handling both proactive and reactive customer interactions
- Processing orders
- Monitoring responses via social media
- Processing internal orders
- Escalating customers orders: email, phone, post
- Supporting the Operations team
Requirements
- Available full time long term
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft word, excel and Outlook
- Customer service skills
- Attention to detail
- Problem solving
- Ability to work under pressure
