Join Our Team as a Sales & Business Development Manager for Plant Machinery - Uncapped Commission!Are you skilled in sales with a strategic mindset for business growth? Do you bring experience in plant machinery sales across construction, agriculture, or the amenity equipment sector? We are looking for a driven Sales & Business Development Manager to lead our plant machinery sales both on-site and in the field, expand our customer base, and strengthen our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership: Drive and expand plant machinery sales on-site and in the field, consistently achieving and exceeding targets.
- Business Development: Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities to support customer growth in the Staffordshire area and beyond.
- Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring tailored solutions and high customer satisfaction.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to increase market reach and enhance brand reputation.
- Market Insight: Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings, leveraging insights to strengthen our market position.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Demonstrated success in sales within plant machinery, construction, agriculture, or related sectors.
- Sales & Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets, with strong negotiation skills and a client-focused approach.
- Communication & Relationship Building: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and an ability to build rapport with clients.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to assess market trends, identify opportunities, and execute growth strategies effectively.
