Your Role & Responsibilities:

⭐ Personal Care & Support - Help with daily tasks like bathing, dressing, and grooming
⭐ Companionship & Emotional Support - Build meaningful relationships with clients
⭐ Healthcare Assistance - Administer medication, PEG, and follow care plans
⭐ Meal Preparation - Ensure clients have nutritious, home-cooked meals
⭐ Behaviour Management - Support individuals with specific behavioural needs
⭐ Transport Assistance - Drive clients to school, appointments, and social activities (up to a 15-mile radius)
⭐ Monitoring & Reporting - Keep accurate records and report any health or behaviour changes

What We're Looking For:

✔ Experience in Caregiving - Particularly with children, dementia, or behavioural support (preferred)
✔ A Valid UK Driving Licence with Business Insurance - Essential for this role
✔ Strong Communication & Compassion - Ability to connect with clients and families
✔ Reliability & Dedication - A passion for making a difference
