Marketing Executive - High Wycombe

Salary £26,000pa Full time, Permanent position

Are you a creative and dynamic marketer looking for a role where no two days are the same? We're looking for a passionate Marketing Executive to join a dynamic sales & marketing team in High Wycombe.

In this exciting role, you'll play a key part in promoting their diverse brand portfolio across various marketing initiatives—both online and offline. From supporting new product development to running marketing campaigns, your role will be incredibly varied, challenging, and rewarding.

Duties will include:

* Helping with New Product Development and Product Photography

* Creating content for social media and updating the company website

* Coordinating with trade media and supporting PR activities

* Assisting in event planning, from trade shows to internal promotions

* Producing creative materials such as artwork, adverts, and flyers

* Working closely with Sales & Senior Management to shape marketing strategies and campaigns

* Evaluating marketing campaigns and recommending improvements

* Supporting sales opportunities across multiple retail channels

The ideal candidate:

* You have 1-2 years of marketing experience, ideally within an FMCG business (other industries considered)

* Good graphic design skills, and proficiency with Canva or similar

* You're a social media expert, with hands-on experience across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter

* You enjoy customer-facing activities, including product demos and trade shows

* You have strong organizational and analytical skills, with an eye for detail

* You're a team player with excellent communication skills and a high level of energy and enthusiasm!
