We work closely with dealerships across the UK, providing tailored financing options to enhance their business operations. As part of our expansion, we are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Outbound Sales Agent to join our team.

As an BDM your key responsibilities include:

• Conducting outbound calls to dealerships across the UK.
• Promoting our financial service of bespoke Car Finance.
• Identify potential clients and assess their financing needs.
• Present our solutions persuasively, emphasizing the benefits.
• Handle objections and address inquiries effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with the payout team to achieve targets.
• Strive to exceed sales goals and contribute to revenue growth.
• Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product offerings.

Requirements of an BDM:

• Proven experience in Outbound sales or cold calling.
• Excellent communication skills and a confident phone manner.
• Ability to build rapport and establish strong client relationships.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
• Familiarity with the automotive industry and financing processes is a plus.
