Support Engineer (Monitoring Tools)

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Support Engineer with an interest in bespoke web applications to support a large media company in the heart of London. You will be support first line operational services and carry out incident management and support processes. Working closely with engineering teams and stakesholders across the business to troubleshoot. You will monitor systems and services performance and report and issues that arise. Help to drive service implements and update users on open cases.

You will have experience in a first line/support engineering role. You will have experience of working with monitoring tools such as/but not limited too: Pingdom, Graphite & Grafana Promtheus, Splunk. You may have experience supporting websites or bespoke application within a AWS environment. You will have experience being able to input issues and track using a ITSM tool. Proactively managing and assisting with incidents.
