Jackson Hogg is delighted to be supporting a tech consultancy business to appoint a Business Development Manager.

You will be responsible for driving business development and delivering business intelligence (BI) solutions in the technology consulting space. Leveraging expertise in Microsoft Azure and Power BI, you will identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and expand the company's reach in BI and data platform services.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute strategies to generate new business in BI solutions and consultancy.

* Secure new clients by promoting Microsoft Azure and Power BI-based solutions.

* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored BI and data platform solutions.

* Construct proposals and negotiate contracts, translating technical BI offerings into business value.

* Build and manage long-term client relationships, ensuring satisfaction with BI solutions.

* Stay current on market trends and opportunities in BI and data analytics.

* Meet business development and revenue targets.

Skills:

* Proven experience in technology consulting, specifically in BI solutions (Power BI) and cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure).

* Strong track record in business development, including generating new business, creating proposals, and closing deals.

* Ability to communicate the business value of Azure and Power BI solutions effectively.

* Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

* Knowledge of BI tools, data platforms, and emerging data analytics technologies.

Competency:

* Strategic Thinking: Identifying and pursuing business opportunities in the BI space.

* Sales & Negotiation: Expertise in closing deals for Azure and Power BI solutions.

* Client Relationship Management: Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships in the BI domain, using a CRM system to manage leads, opportunities, and client interactions.

* CRM Proficiency: Skilled in CRM systems to track sales pipelines, and manage client data
