As a Deputy Home Manager, you will:
Assist in managing home operations to meet or exceed goals.
Oversee care staff and assume full management in the Home Manager's absence.
Train and supervise staff through direct instruction and by example.
Assist with resident pre-admission assessments and maintain care plans.
Foster effective communication with residents' families and organisations.

The ideal Deputy Manager will have:
Previous experience as a Deputy Home Manager.
Ability to engage with service users to understand and meet their needs.
Knowledge of safeguarding adult/abuse referral pathways.
Good working knowledge of CQC standards.
Skills to build and maintain excellent working relationships.
NMC registration with relevant nursing experience.
