Are you a recent graduate with a degree in Accountancy and Finance, Economics, Math, or have studied a degree that gives some exemption from ACCA or CIMA? We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join an established finance team in Winchester, Hampshire.

The Role:

As an Accountancy and Finance Graduate, you will gain hands-on experience and develop a comprehensive understanding of financial operations. You will work closely with our experienced finance team, contributing to various aspects of financial management and reporting.

Key Accountability:

• Assisting in the preparation of financial statements and reports
• Supporting the budgeting and forecasting processes
• Conducting financial analysis to support business decision-making.
• Assisting with audits and compliance requirements
• Managing accounts payable and receivable
• Performing reconciliations and maintaining accurate financial records
• Participating in ad-hoc financial projects as required

About You:

• A recent graduate with a degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive and enthusiastic approach to learning
• High attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
