We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established company in the renewable energy sector for an experienced and qualified Senior Solar Electrician. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role in a growing industry, offering excellent benefits and significant earning potential.

Key Responsibilities:

Leading the installation of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems for residential and commercial projects.

Training and mentoring junior team members and additional electricians on-site.

Conducting inspections, testing, and commissioning of solar PV systems to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Ensuring that installations are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard.

Collaborating with other teams, including roofing and technical staff, to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years' experience in solar PV installations or relevant electrical work.

Fully qualified electrician with the 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification.

Ideally, qualified in 2391 Inspection & Testing or equivalent.

Experience in a leadership role is highly desirable.

Strong understanding of electrical systems related to solar installations.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team.

Full UK driving licence.

Benefits:

Competitive salary of £75,000 per annum.

Generous bonus structure with on-target earnings (OTE) up to £100,000.
