ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in maximizing 'enquiry to booking' conversion rates through timely following up of all enquiries and comprehensive venue and product knowledge
• First point of contact for all sales and event enquiries, via telephone, e-mail and website
• Contribution to the build and validation of database of consumers and corporate clients, setting appropriate data capture targets
• Maintain the venue's Collins CRM system
• Attend regular sales and events meetings, as required by the Sales Manager
• Managing group booking packs, event sheets for distribution to all venue management
