Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant looking for a fresh challenge in education?

As a Teaching Assistant in a specialist school, you will play a pivotal role in supporting students with a range of challenges, including social, emotional, and behavioural difficulties. You'll work closely with a diverse group of learners, tailoring your approach to their unique needs and encouraging engagement through creative and innovative methods.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the teacher to deliver alternative, stimulating approaches for students with SEN needs, including ASD and ADHD.
Set individualized targets for students and monitor their progress.
Ensure each student has the opportunity to reach their full potential.
Support students in resolving any challenges they face, fostering positive outcomes.The Ideal Candidate:

Confident in working with children who display challenging behaviours.
Possesses an outgoing, nurturing personality.
Interested in starting or furthering a career in education.
Committed to supporting SEMH learners.
A reliable and approachable presence for both students and staff.Essential Requirements:

The right to work in the UK.
