Registered Manager
Location: Camden, London
Salary: £47,958.75 (base) - up to £63,158.75 (with bonuses)
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to lead our Outstanding 6-bed children's home in Camden. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of management experience, working with children aged 11-17 with emotional and behavioural difficulties.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee high-quality care for children and young people, ensuring positive outcomes.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise staff, ensuring effective care delivery.
- Manage day-to-day operations and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and safeguarding standards.
Essential Requirements:- NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management, NVQ Level 3 in Caring for Children & Young People.
- Proven experience in managing a children's home, including staff supervision and performance management.
- Knowledge of the Children's Act 1989, Care Standards Act 2000, and safeguarding procedures.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
