TRIbuild Solutions are seeking an experienced professional to lead a team of site engineers on a high-profile project in the Water, Rail, and Utilities sectors based in East London.
💼 Role Overview
As a Senior Engineer, you will take the lead in managing and guiding a team of site engineers on complex heavy civil engineering projects. Your expertise in setting out, as-built record-keeping, and producing key site documentation will be critical in ensuring the successful delivery of the project.

📌 Key Responsibilities
✅ Lead and manage a team of site engineers to ensure accurate setting out and compliance with project specifications.
✅ Oversee and advise on setting out activities for heavy civils works, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
✅ Maintain high-quality as-built records and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date.
✅ Produce short-term programmes to align with overall project plans and objectives.
✅ Prepare and review key documentation, including RAMS & ITPs
✅ Carry out inspections of works in accordance with ITPs, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
✅ Liaise with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
✅ Provide technical support and training to site engineers to ensure best practices are followed.

🎯 Key Requirements
✔️ Proven experience in a Senior Engineer role within Heavy Civils projects.
✔️ Strong background in Water, Rail, NRSWA and Utilities projects.
✔️ High level of expertise in setting out and as-built record keeping.
✔️ Demonstrated ability to produce short-term programmes and high-quality site documentation (RAMS, ITPs).
✔️ Strong understanding of inspection procedures and quality assurance processes.
✔️ Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
✔️ Competent with surveying equipment and site engineering tools.

Rate: £400-£500/day (Inside IR35)

Duration: Long-term project with potential extensions
Location: East London, site-based role (travel may be required)
