As a Facilities Advisor and experienced facilities management professional you'll be responsible for the services and processes. This role is to ensure the most suitable and effective working environment for employees both in buildings and when they are working from home. You will cover a breadth of topics from the physical environment, Health, Environment, Security, Safety and Sustainability, managing DSE, writing and reviewing risk assessments. DescriptionThe key responsibilities for the Facilities Advisor role are:Technical (including systems) and/or Professional Responsibilities identify workstation issues and deve!op individual solutions for various client groups through the performing of DSE assessments, this will include:Liaise with Occupational Health & People Support on certain cases as required and complete higher level and more completed assessmentComplete installation of specialist ergonomic equipment ensuring user understanding of how to maintain the optimum workstation set upUpdating of DSE assessment online system}l with employees notesMaintain relationships with specialist furniture and equipment providersEnsuring that all new and existing employees have completed their online DSE training and self-assessment.Regularly reviewing outstanding issues and keeÄing employee records up to date.Conduct DSE assessments (to include new joiner* home workers, New and Expectant Mothers and following churn), identifying issues and Providing solutionsfor alt levels of assessmentStrive to have a proactive approach to DSE rather than a reactive to increase productivity and reduce absenteeism.Train and provide ongoing support to managers in meeting DSE responsibilities for their teams.High level of understanding of human anatomy and physiology: Extensive product knowledge including assertive technology.Oversee vendor relationship for DSE managed services.'
