• Manage a full caseload of commercial and residential property transactions.
• Oversee the sale and purchase of commercial freehold and leasehold properties.
• Handle landlord and tenant matters.
• Facilitate the acquisition and sale of properties for development, including land promotion, options, and conditional contracts.
• Act on behalf of lenders and pension schemes.
