Health Safety & Environment Manager - Oxfordshire/Hybrid - £60-75K

Austin Fraser is currently supporting an innovative and growing manufacturing organisation who are looking for an experienced Health Safety & Environment Manager in Oxfordshire. 

They are looking for this individual to play a key role in shaping and implementing Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Management across the organization, ensuring compliance with current legislation and industry standards. 

Requirements:

Proven experience in a Health and Safety Manager or similar role, preferably within a manufacturing environment. 
NEBOSH (National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health) or equivalent certification required.
Experience in Health Safety and Environmental Management systems and procedures.
In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards (e.g., OSHA, HSE). 
Experience with safe working practices including conducting risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations.
A good understanding with current legislation and its impact on the business 
Proficiency in health and safety management software and MS Office Suite.
Competent in developing systems and procedures. Additional Information:

The role will require occasional travel between sites.
The HSE Manager will oversee two direct reports and support the executive team in HS&E matters.Location: Oxfordshire/Hybrid

Salary: up to £75K depending on experience
