Northern Roofing Ltd is a Leeds-based company specialising in slate roofing, tiling, diminishing course roofs, lead work and flat roofing. As we continue to expand our contracts, we are looking for skilled Re-Roofing Specialists to join our dynamic team.

About the Role:

We undertake all aspects of re-roofing work on domestic properties, including full roof replacements and upgrades. Our work covers local authorities, commercial properties, housing associations, and private residences. As part of our team, your responsibilities will include:

• Carrying out full roof replacements and re-roofing projects
• Stripping and disposing of old roofing materials safely
• Installing new roofing systems including tiles, slates, and flat roofs
• Ensuring roofs are watertight and meet industry standards
• Working efficiently with a team to complete jobs on time
• Ensuring customer and tenant satisfaction
• Completing work to a high standard in line with health and safety regulations
• Keeping accurate records of work completed and materials used
• Adhering to company procedures and policies at all times

Skills/Experience

We need reliable, hardworking individuals who take pride in their work. Ideal candidates will have:

• Previous experience in re-roofing and full roof replacements
• Knowledge of different roofing materials and installation techniques
• Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Valid UK driving licence (preferred)
• CSCS card (preferred but not essential)
• Ability to follow health and safety regulations
