Your Key Skills & Competencies:

Solid experience in credit control within the construction indsutry
Strong knowledge of CIS regulations and processes.
Expertise in subcontractor control and RCV regulations
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Experience using CIS software

What You'll Do:

Credit Management

Monitor and manage client accounts for timely payments
Review aged debtors and reduce overdue accounts.
Oversee subcontractor control, including reports, reconciliations, and payment runs.
Weekly review of amounts outstanding to ESD.
Keep subcontractor insurance documents are up to dateCIS Compliance

Verify subcontractor details in line with CIS requirements
Ensure accurate deductions and payments under the CIS scheme
Submit CIS returns and maintain audit-ready records.Debt Recovery

Issue monthly sales applications, valuations, reminders, and statements.
Chase outstanding payment certificates and final accounts.
Ensure timely turnaround of payment certificates and M&E splits.Reporting & Stakeholder Communication

Prepare regular reports on credit control, outstanding debts, and CIS compliance.
Provide updates to management on high-risk accounts.
