We are working with one of the worlds TOP Law firms, who are looking to hire a couple of Team Assistants into their huge Secretarial team! This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who has recently completed their level 3 CILEX qualification.

Please note this is not a suitable role for a Law graduate as this role will not lead down the Paralegal route.

Working along side some of the most skilled Legal PAs in the industry, you will support the Associates and Trainees with the below tasks:

Diary management

Travel booking

Billing / invoicing

File opening / closing

Document creation / amendments

Taking calls for the team

The Team Assistants work on a rotational shift basis, which could be 8-4,9-5,10-6 or sometimes 11-7.

Please note you MUST have 5 GCSEs at pass level and above including Math and English, a Cilex qualifiation can count as 2 GCSEs.
