Are you a Commercial Gas Engineer looking to join a well-established company, evolving into new sectors offering excellent progression and work life balance, as well as time and a half overtime, an annual pay rise and a travel bonus?

This independent company, who established themselves in 1926 have since seen growth. They provide bespoke turnkey solutions in both Mechanical and Electrical sectors including plumbing and heating, air conditioning, ventilation and more, largely to the Education and Health sectors. Due to their continued growth, they are looking to add a Commercial Gas Engineer to their team in Burnley.

In this varied role you will be provided with a company van, you will visit sites within an hour from Burnley, providing service and maintenance to key clients. This role is a Monday to Friday role. You will receive work via email, visiting your allocated site. Within this role, you will working for both Domestic and Commercial clients

This role would suit a Commercial Gas Engineer looking for a role with excellent work life balance, limited travel, and generous company benefits.

The Role:

Perform maintenance and repairs on gas systems and appliances in residential properties
Carry out inspections to detect potential problems or safety risks
Replace or repair defective components or equipment as needed
Conduct leak testing and ensure gas systems comply with safety standards and regulations
Offer clients technical advice and guidance on operating and maintaining gas systems.
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget
Adhere to all Health and Safety requirements, including completing Risk Assessments, following Safe Systems of Work, and maintaining COSHH records during daily tasksThe Person:
