About the Graduate Teaching Assistant Role: This is a fantastic opportunity to work as a full-time Graduate Teaching Assistant where you will play a crucial role in both the classroom environment and the children's learning journey, whilst developing your skills and knowledge.
Key Responsibilities for Graduate Teaching Assistant:
- Assist teachers with classroom management and lesson preparation.
- Provide 1-1 support for children with SEN.
- Adapt learning materials and resources to meet the needs of every child in the classroom.
- Support social and emotional development for all and be a positive role model.
Requirements for Graduate Teaching Assistant:
- Minimum education - Undergraduate Degree.
- Experience working within the education sector is desired.
- Academically strong and enthusiastic about education.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to supporting children's learning.
- An enhanced DBS on the online update service is desired but not necessary.
