Description
Payments Administator
- Manage and process payments efficiently and accurately
- Prepare financial reports and present findings to management
- Coordinate with team members and other departments for payment related matters
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions
- Identify and rectify any discrepancies in payments
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes
Profile
A successful Payments Administrator should have:
- Relevant educational qualifications in Accounting, Finance or related field
- Experience in payment processing and financial reporting
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
