Marketing Executive Salary: up to £35,000. Location: Portsmouth   8:30 until 5pm Monday to Friday (1 month in the office to learn and then 2 days at home and 3 days in the office) Dynamite Recruitment are working with a well-established business based in Hampshire who due to growth our client is now looking for an experienced, hands-on Social Media Marketing Executive to join the marketing team.   The overall aim for this role is to increase lead generation and complete all digital marketing activities. Working collaboratively with the Marketing Manager. As a Marketing Executive you will be responsible for:

• Oversee multiple social media accounts, adapting content as per each platform and audiences. 
• Coordinating and scheduling posts.
• Work closely with the Marketing team and other stakeholders.
• Use analytics tools to track performance, to adjust strategies accordingly.
• Develop innovative content ideas.
• Ensure all content created is in line with the brand guidelines.
• Day to day monitoring of all social media channels.
• Collaborate with influencers to manage content 
• Develop and implement strategies to grow views and followers.

  As a Marketing Executive you will have/be:

• Proven track record in Social Media Marketing.
• Educated to degree level in marketing or a relatable field
• A passionate attitude toward content creation. 
• Experience with planning and implementing multiple projects.
• Excellent communicative skills. 
• Self-motivated.
• Experience running social medial channels.
• Proficiency within video editing. 
• Able to collaborate well with others.
