Role - Plumber / Mechanical EngineerSalary - £45,000 - £50,000Location - Loughton, Essex

Therefore they currently have an opportunity for a qualified and experienced plumber

Duties:

* Installation copper and iron pipe work.* Installation of heating systems and controls.* Removal of existing heating systems/ radiators.* Installation of sanitary ware and fittings.* Installation and maintenance of commercial and residential hot and cold water systems.* Fault finding * Supervising small plumbing teams* Ordering materials* Ensure works are installed to programme spec and drawings * Solvent welding of ABS and PVC pipe work.* Compliance checking and reporting

Essential Requirements:

* Fully qualified with trade apprenticeship.* Able to work to the highest possible standards.* Excellent communication skills.* Experience working on residential projects.* CSCS card holder.* Preferably at least 5 years working experience.
