Finance Officer

Southwark

£21 per hour(umbrella)

Full Time Contract (3 months)

Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a Finance Officer in Southwark. This is a contract with a scope for extension working full time hours.

The job:

• To support the implementation of an new ERP, working on the P2P project
• Operate the automated payment processes across the accounts payable function
• Process invoice payment requests and GRNs for all invoices which require manual payment to agreed timescales.
• Ensure that all invoices are paid against correct purchase orders, which have been created and approved
• Process direct bank payments, cheque receipting and VAT categorisation

The candidate:

• Advanced MS Excel skills
• SAP Accounts Payable knowledge
• Experience of raising POs, GRN, etc.
• AP knowledge
• Public sector experience is desirable
