Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the final stages of a residential refurbishment project.

Ensure all finishes meet the required quality standards.

Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project team members.

Manage the completion of snagging lists and rectification work.

*

Monitor progress and ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.

*

Maintain health and safety standards on-site.

Required Skills & Experience:

Previous experience in residential refurbishment projects.

*

Strong attention to detail and quality control.

*

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

*

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

*

CSCS Card (or equivalent).
