Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 per annum

We are working with a leading organisation in the Early Years sector to support their search for a Regional HR Business Partner. This exciting role involves working with nurseries across the South of England, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery and supporting the strategic growth of the business. The role will be mainly remote and involve travel to the various sites within the South of England.

As a Regional HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in supporting Early Years settings by working closely with Nursery Managers and leadership teams to drive best practices and ensure operational excellence and safer practice. You will be responsible for:

Providing expert guidance and support across HR, resourcing, employee relations (good understanding of UK employment law required), performance management, and team development. Leading and supporting projects focused on quality improvement, change management, and regulatory compliance. Ensuring alignment with the organisation’s commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, helping to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for both staff and children. Collaborating on the development and execution of innovative strategies to improve service delivery and support long-term organisational growth.

The ideal candidate will have

  • Experience working at a HR Business Partner level within the Early Years sector or a multi-site setting.
  • Strong generalist HR background, particularly in areas such as compliance, safeguarding, and staff development.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels.
  • A proactive problem solver with strong project management skills.
  • Passionate about creating a nurturing, diverse, and inclusive environment.
  • Ideally, you will have a relevant qualification (CIPD Level 5 or higher preferred) and demonstrable experience within a multi-site, regionally focused role.

The role offers a competitive salary range of up to £60,000  with excellent benefits, including flexible working arrangements.
