Salary Up to £55,000 + Van

I am working with a well-recognised HVAC company that specialises in delivering top-tier services to Blue Chip commercial and high-end residential clients. Due to continued growth, they are looking for an HVAC Supervisor to lead and build a team while remaining hands-on across Guildford, the South, and London.

Responsibilities:

As an HVAC Supervisor, you will be leading and managing a team of engineers.
As an HVAC Supervisor, you will be overseeing HVAC & AC installations, servicing, and maintenance.
As an HVAC Supervisor, you will be ensuring all work meets the highest industry and compliance standards.
As an HVAC Supervisor, you will be providing technical support and training to engineers.
As an HVAC Supervisor, you will be managing schedules and workloads across various Blue Chip and high-end residential sites.Requirements:

As an HVAC Supervisor, you will be required to have an F-Gas certification + NVQ L3
As an HVAC Supervisor, you will be expected to have at least 7+ years of experience as an AC Engineer.
As an HVAC Supervisor, you will be bringing strong knowledge of HVAC installations, servicing, and maintenance.
As an HVAC Supervisor, you will be experienced in or have the ambition to step into a leadership role.
As an HVAC Supervisor, you will be required to have a full UK driving licence to cover the South and London.
Salary up to £55,000 + Van
