Salary: £48,000 per annum
Shift Pattern: Panama Shift (7 days on, 7 days off within a 14-day period)

Our client, a leading player in the FMCG sector, is seeking a highly skilled and versatile Multi-Skilled Engineer to join their dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

* Perform both reactive and preventative maintenance on a wide range of equipment.

* Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults, ensuring minimal downtime.

* Collaborate with production teams to optimize equipment performance.

* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on process optimization and cost reduction.

* Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.

Essential Requirements:

* Experience: Proven experience in a fast-paced FMCG environment, with food production experience being highly desirable.

* Qualifications: Apprentice trained with a strong background in both electrical and mechanical engineering.

* Skills: Comprehensive knowledge of PLCs, automation systems, and electrical circuits. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure are essential.
