Job Title: Small Works Site Manager
Location: Surrey
Salary: £50k - £55k + package (maybe more depending on experience)
Sector: High End Residential Refurbs up to £500k

We are recruiting on behalf of a privately-owned contractor based in Surrey that specializes in high end residential refurbishment projects for private clients in the Surrey Hills and South Downs. Due to sustained growth and a strong pipeline of work, we are seeking an experienced Small Works Site Manager to oversee 2/3 x projects all refurb, varying from £200k - £500k in size.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee trades and labour on site to ensure sites meet programme

Ensure quality finish and health and safety at all times

*

Liaise with clients and senior management to ensure clear communication and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

First Aid

At least 3 year's experience running refurbishment schemes up to £500k in size
