Technical Manager required for an Engineering Services, Facilities Services, Specialist Services & Energy Services company.

Location - London

Permeant opportunity - Salary £65k - £80K depending on experience.

Role Overview: As a Technical Manager, you will manage and oversee technical aspects across a range of projects & sectors. This role involves coordinating stakeholder relationships within the company, including bid, commercial, and operational teams, as well as with external clients, consultants, and suppliers.

You will adhere to corporate governance standards and exemplify the values expected within our technical community. Working across the full project life cycle, you will provide leadership and support during the pre-construction phase, guiding technical design and project setup to minimize risk and uncertainty.

Skills and Qualifications:

* Education: BEng or MEng/MSc in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

* Professional Registration: Incorporated or Chartered status (or working towards) with CIBSE, IET, IMechE, or a similar institution.

* Experience: At least 5 years in a design-related engineering role.

* Sector Experience: Preferable experience in healthcare, commercial, leisure, defence, or education sectors.

* Project Scope: Familiarity with projects ranging in value from £5-50M in MEP.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage technical project risks.

* Ensure designs are effectively coordinated and communicated.

* Maintain compliance with technical standards, regulations, and industry best practices.

* Lead the integration and development of value engineering
