The Role:

* Position: Early Years Educator (Level 3)

* Salary: £28,600 - Level 3 qualified OR £27,560 at Level 2 qualified

* Start date: Immediately, ASAP

* Location: Waterloo, London

This role is ideal for an Early Years Educator with a Level 3 qualification who is passionate about providing high-quality care and education in an early years setting.

Responsibilities

* A can-do and enthusiastic attitude

* Knowledge of how to support children's learning and development

* Appreciate the importance of parent partnership

* An understanding of how to safeguard and protect children and knowledge of how to support children's learning and development.

What we're looking for

* Previous experience working with young children in a nursery or early years setting would be advantageous

* A recognised qualification in Childcare or Early Years, ideally NVQ Level 3 or above or NVQ Level 2

* Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a group of children effectively

* Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written

* Passion for working with young children and supporting their holistic development
