Salary: £90 - £110/day

Aspire People is seeking dedicated and confident Cover Supervisors to support an Ofsted-rated 'Outstanding' school in North and East London. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a highly supportive and inclusive environment, ensuring high-quality education continues in the absence of class teachers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver pre-prepared lessons and manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
- Ensure students remain engaged and on task during teacher absences.
- Support students with their learning and address any questions they may have.
- Collaborate with teaching staff and senior leadership to maintain a positive learning environment.
- Provide feedback on lesson engagement and student behaviour to teaching staff.

Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a school setting is highly desirable.
- Strong classroom management skills and confidence in delivering lessons.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
