Collaborate on data centre projects, handling both design and technical tasks using Revit.
Lead the Revit modelling and documentation process, ensuring precise and timely delivery of project drawings.
Support the design development process, working alongside architecture and engineering teams.
Coordinate with multiple disciplines to produce comprehensive Revit documentation that meets project needs.
Work on additional commercial workplace projects, contributing to a diverse portfolio of architecture work.
Manage multiple ongoing projects, ensuring the efficient production of high-quality Revit models and technical output.Requirements:
Strong experience using Revit for large-scale projects, with a background in architecture.
Technician experience with significant exposure to data centre projects or similar industries like healthcare, education, hospitality, or large-scale commercial developments.
Familiarity with the design process, with the ability to contribute effectively to both design and technical phases.
Ability to handle multiple projects, producing detailed and accurate Revit documentation across different sectors.
Strong communication skills, with a collaborative approach to working with various teams and disciplines.
